A leading organisation in the financial services sector is seeking a Senior Campaign Analyst to join their CRM and customer communications team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in campaign data analysis, audience segmentation, and performance evaluation. The successful candidate will help deliver insight-led communications that improve customer engagement and campaign performance, supporting strategic goals during a time of transformation and change.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimise audience selections for marketing and servicing campaigns across Email, SMS, and Direct Mail
- Analyse campaign results, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to improve future performance
- Support and mentor a junior analyst within the team
- Collaborate with teams across CRM, Data Science, Product, and Technology, as well as external CRM technology partners
- Ensure accurate and timely campaign execution through structured planning and reporting processes
- Drive continuous improvement by proposing and implementing enhancements to campaign processes and data usage
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in data analysis, customer segmentation, and campaign performance reporting
- Familiarity with data tools such as SAS, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
- Exposure to CRM platforms (Optimove or similar tools preferred)
- Previous experience in financial services or regulated sectors
