Architectural Technologist

Konker is recruiting for Architectural Technologist to join the residential team at one of South Wales’s leading RIBA practices. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience working with national housing developers and PLCs, contributing to the design and delivery of well-designed, technically sound homes across the UK. You\’ll be part of a supportive team of Technologists and Architects, working alongside three experienced Senior Technologists who will guide you through technical delivery and support your journey towards MCIAT chartership. The Role: Architectural Technologist Deliver detailed technical drawings and specifications for large-scale housing schemes.Collaborate with national developers and PLCs on a variety of residential projects, including open market, affordable, and retirement living.Engage in project stages from planning to technical delivery, ensuring compliance with UK Building Regulations and CDM obligations.Utilise BIM software, ideally Revit, with training provided if necessary.
