Head of Food and Beverage

Band on the Wall are looking for a Head of F&B to lead and develop our hospitality offer across our main sites: the Band on the Wall venue, The Copper Bar and the Rose & Monkey as well as adhoc external events.This roles principle output is to drive the commercial activity within our suite of venues. You will lead on all aspects of food and beverage, have a passion for hospitality and be driven to maximise revenue opportunities from our bars, catering, and events operations. You will motivate your front of house team to deliver exceptional service in a fast paced environment, providing training, support and leadership. You will have a background in venue and / or hospitality management, including strong training and staff management skills and a proven understanding of financial management and budget expertise.
