  • Lead & Inspire: Guide a tight‑knit IT team by sharing your know‑how, fostering best practices, and building their skills.
  • Boost Uptime: Drive a hybrid support model that keeps 100+ internal users - and 2,000+ customers - up and running without a hitch.
  • Pioneer in Azure: Spearhead a phased migration to Microsoft Azure, helping us modernize and scale securely.
  • Champion Resilience: Design, test, and refine disaster recovery and backup plans so we’re always protected.
  • Secure Our Network: Apply your networking and security savvy (VPNs, VLANs, firewalls) to keep data safe and compliant.
