Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and effective visualizations.
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources to support BI solutions.
- Collaborate with business analysts, data engineers, and end users to define KPIs and data sources.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and optimal performance across BI platforms.
- Perform data analysis and validation to identify trends, anomalies, and business insights.
- Optimize dashboards for performance and scalability.
- Provide training and documentation to users on Tableau reports and dashboards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a BI Developer
- Strong expertise in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server/Online.
- Solid understanding of SQL for querying and transforming data.
- Experience with data warehouses and ETL processes.
- Familiarity with data modeling concepts and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
