ServiceNOW Senior Project Manager
Location: Erksine, Scotland (required to be on site)
Salary: Dependent on Experience
Due to Security clearance requirements, candidates must be UK nationals/British passport holders/Single nationality/resided in the UK for 10 years.
The role:
As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead within an innovative team, working to deploy world-class customer solutions primarily using the ServiceNow platform.
This position requires leading one or more concurrent projects to successful completion, possibly assisting in managing larger programs.
You will also help define requirements, design, and implement project modifications and program development.
You should have a good understanding of project management methodologies, a strong portfolio of successful client engagements, and ideally some knowledge of the ServiceNow platform.
Responsibilities:
You will be part of a team of ServiceNow specialists delivering solutions to diverse clients. You will provide project leadership, support client engagement, facilitate design and delivery, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Specifically, you will lead diverse client and internal engagements, meeting demands across the sales and delivery lifecycle.
You will facilitate workshops, build and maintain understanding, lead delivery, and produce high-quality documentation and interactions.
Mentoring and training junior team members will also be part of your role.
Some travel may be required.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have experience in Service Delivery, with project management experience using both waterfall and agile methodologies. ServiceNow delivery experience is desirable, preferably in consulting. A senior position experience is preferred.
Strong understanding of project management and service delivery concepts, delivery assurance principles, and procedures.
Knowledge of the ServiceNow platform.
Certifications such as Prince2 or equivalent, Scrum Master or equivalent, ServiceNow Certified Administrator, and ITIL Foundation are desirable.
Excellent communication skills, ability to present to customers including C-Suite executives, and strong service leadership focus.
Ability to work independently or in a team, manage timelines, be proactive, creative, research solutions, and learn new challenges.
Ability to work remotely and travel as needed for client meetings and workshops.
