Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Anti-Fraud and Chargeback Specialist. You will analyze data related to payment fraud and chargebacks, creating and maintaining security rules to prevent fraud. You will collaborate with customer support, manage chargebacks, and communicate with law enforcement and banks. As this is a new department, initial responsibilities will be high to minimize fraud and chargebacks while avoiding false positives and churn.

• Hands-on approach rather than managing others
• Experience in payments, compliance, and AML
• Experience with cryptocurrency and payment monitoring systems
• Experience with SEON, Sift, and/or TRMLabs preferred
• Knowledge of chargebacks and fraud monitoring systems on card networks and payment processors

Compensation

€40,000 – €50,000 annually
