We're currently working with a forward thinking boutique law firm based in the West Midlands who are looking to bring in a dynamic Employment Solicitor into their growing team of specialists. Fully remote in operation, it provides lawyers with the freedom to manage their own schedules while staying closely connected to a knowledgeable and supportive team. The team advises employees, employers, and HR professionals across the UK on a wide range of employment issues, from contracts and dismissals to discrimination, redundancy, and tribunal representation. The Role

We’re seeking a qualified Employment Solicitor from NQ+ to handle a varied caseload of both contentious and non-contentious employment matters. This is a fully remote role, giving you the freedom to work from wherever you’re most productive, while being fully supported by their collaborative and dynamic team.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Advising clients (both employers and employees) on a range of employment law issues
  • Drafting employment contracts, policies, and settlement agreements
  • Representing clients in employment tribunal proceedings
  • Managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
  • Helping to shape their growing firm with your expertise and ideas
