Continuously optimize your outbound strategies to professionally approach potential customers while keeping their needs in focus. Regularly develop and improve your understanding of our ICP, value proposition, and sales journey at DataGuard. Demonstrate professional demeanor in collaboration with decision-makers at the highest levels in our target market (C-Level, CEOs, board members, etc.). Work cross-departmentally within the entire go-to-market team, optimizing processes from acquisition, list building, outreach, lead management, to deal closing. Collaborate closely with experienced account executives to advance your development and work towards an independent closing role. Continue developing and working towards an end-to-end sales role through close cooperation with our experienced account executives. University degree in a business or technology-related field (or comparable). Initial experience in a demanding, fast-paced professional environment (start-up, consulting, banking, or similar). Some experience in a sales and/or business development position. Excellent communication skills and high comprehension. Initiative, assertiveness, and team spirit. Experience with direct customer contact, ideally at the executive or C-level. Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving thinking. Fluent spoken and written German and English.
