The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.
YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:
- Being the first point of contact for drivers who arrive at our driver centre.
- Delivering excellent and personalised support to new and existing drivers across a range of channels as and when needed (including inbound and outbound calls).
- Processing the onboarding of new drivers in accordance with strict regulatory criteria, ensuring accuracy and an excellent level of face to face service.
- Enabling successful performance through driver engagement campaigns including improving our share of OCA vehicles, activating onboarded drivers, and improving the performance of existing drivers.
- Dealing with external stakeholders to ensure the success of some of our projects such as our PHV subsidy and our Onsi platform benefits.
- Supporting a wide range of additional projects including the deployment of driver app improvement & bug reporting and testing, competitor research & market share analysis.
- Representing the London office globally.
- Dealing with Landlords, councils and all stakeholders (internal and external) associated with our office.
- Working closely with the central IT team to onboard and offboard employees based in London.
- Making arrangements for groceries, cleaning and any additional services required for the maintenance of the London office.

Working hours: 9am - 5:30pm, Monday - Friday
Location: Southwark, London at least 3 days a week onsite
