We have an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic Operations team at a well-known audio company. Our client, based in the East Midlands, is looking for a Post-production Coordinator on a hybrid working pattern of 2 days per week, offering excellent benefits.

You will manage and coordinate the post-production process for recorded audio files. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the timely and smooth delivery of high-quality audio content to the Content Supply team, adhering to strict deadlines and maintaining excellent communication throughout the production cycle.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing progress checks and maintaining clear communication with narrators, ensuring timely delivery of their audio files, and providing support throughout the recording process.
  • Managing freelance Proof Editors and Proof Listeners.
  • Overseeing the workflow from the receipt of narrator files to the final delivery to the Content Supply team.
  • Handling the integration of files from external studios for extra formats and the QC process.
  • Running relevant reports to track and update title progress, ensuring all quality control measures are met.
  • Maintaining effective communication with internal and external teams.
  • Uploading/downloading files, maintaining accurate records, sorting master assets, and efficiently updating systems like SAP with title metadata.
  • Assisting with other tasks within the Operations Department as required by your line manager.

The ideal candidate will have essential skills and abilities, including the capacity to manage multiple projects, prioritise workloads during busy periods, and work effectively as part of a team. You must be highly organised, proactive, and capable of managing your workload independently, with proven problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are vital for working across internal teams and managing freelancers efficiently.
