Weβre looking for a strategic and hands-on Product Manager to lead the development and optimisation of marketing technology products that drive campaign effectiveness and audience engagement. This is a key role at the intersection of marketing, data, and technology, focused on delivering secure, scalable, and privacy-compliant solutions that empower our marketing teams to perform at their best.
You will work cross-functionally with stakeholders across Marketing, Engineering, UX, Data, and Compliance to define and deliver the Martech roadmap. From GDPR compliance to campaign performance measurement, your work will directly influence how marketing connects with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and deliver the Martech product roadmap in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.
- Manage the full product lifecycle from discovery through delivery and continuous optimisation.
- Lead the implementation of third-party SaaS applications and ensure seamless integration with internal tools and legacy systems.
- Drive product enhancements across CDPs, CRMs, CMS platforms, analytics tools, and campaign delivery systems.
- Ensure GDPR compliance and embed secure-by-design principles into all Martech solutions.
Requirements
- 3+ yearsβ overall product management experience, with at least 1 year in a Martech-focused role.
- Demonstrable impact on product direction and performance.
- Hands-on experience with marketing tools including CDPs, CRMs, CMSs, and analytics platforms.
- Proven ability to lead product discovery and delivery in Agile environments.
- Strong understanding of GDPR, consent management, and secure-by-design frameworks.
- Familiar with architecture and planning tools (e.g. Ardoq).
- Fluent written and spoken English.

- Comfortable working on digital transformation projects with a focus on improving marketing workflows and campaign performance.
- Proven ability to build experiment-led roadmaps and prioritise based on effort, impact, and risk.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
- Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Experience working in B2C media, digital advertising, or subscription services is a strong advantage.
- Curious, innovative, and confident working with emerging Martech technologies.
