We are looking for a talented Project Leader with a background in quality assurance, change management and process improvement. You will play a pivotal role in our ongoing operational excellence programme.

The Role
Operational excellence is the company benchmark. In this new role, you’ll ensure the highest quality standards are adopted across the Registration Directorate. Working within the Business Improvement team, you’ll be responsible for completing every aspect of Quality Assurance and using this data to lead or contribute to continuous improvement projects.
Requirements
You must have some experience of Quality Assurance, delivering continuous improvement in a complex, quality-driven environment, along with knowledge of process re-engineering or process design. Analytically adept, you must have the interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues at all levels, plus the ability to manage a number of tasks simultaneously to deliver against deadlines.
