Anesi Advisors is a London-based firm that provides M&A advisory services to SME and lower mid-market business owners. We are a boutique firm, focused on founder led companies - connecting with entrepreneurs and fighting for the best possible outcome for them in selling their businesses.
We work with some of the largest private equity investors in the world and are constantly inspired by the entrepreneurs we represent.
Full time M&A intern role based in Notting Hill, London. We spend most of our days laughing, hustling to find opportunities, and preparing materials for investors in a diligent manner. We need someone to join the team that is willing to have a go at everything from cold calls to balance sheet analysis. You will constantly be outside your comfort zone and we want people that this excites.
Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and people are all important - but curiosity, a willingness to try things, and being able to learn quickly is essential. We will invest time and energy into anyone that works with us and want someone that is passionate about entrepreneurship that will feel inspired in working with incredible business owners.
You will work closely with the two partners Henry and Brad to:
- Originate new business opportunities
- Requires market mapping for specified industry verticals
- Analysis of company service offerings
- Analysis of company financial information
- Cold calls / emails
- Prepare marketing materials (PowerPoint)
- Assist in preparing pitch decks for businesses
- Assist in preparing marketing materials for investors - e.g. slides highlighting companies we are representing
- Organisation
- Assist the Partners with follow ups with businesses and investors
- Recording of key information
- Pulling of information through Due Diligence processes
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to assess financial data and perform market research.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to learn very quickly.
- Willingness to be outside your comfort zone.
