Heating Engineer

Heating Engineer – Mobile – Commercial Buildings – Hampshire – 30,000 to 40,000 DOE

Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider has arisen. CBW are currently recruiting for a Heating Engineer to carry out planned and reactive maintenance to Heating equipment, across a number of commercial contracts including housing associations, local authorities, education providers and hospitals in and around the Hampshire area. My client is willing to look at candidates with all levels of experience, there is also progression available to be put through your domestic and commercial gas qualifications.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record as a Heating Engineer and a proven track record working in commercial properties. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary paying up to 40,000 based on experience and a route into further career progression.

Key duties & Responsibilities

• Complete an annual service of all commercial properties
• Reactive and Servicing heating and hot water equipment
• Remedial works on the HIU
• HIU Maintenance
• Changing and servicing of water temp sensors etc.
• Bleeding radiators
• Replacing Heat Meters

Package & Hours of Work

• Monday to Friday – 08:00am to 17:00pm
• Salary – Up to 40k depending on experience & Qualifications
• Travel paid after 30 minutes each way
• Fully expensed van and fuel card
• Mobile phone and company uniform
• 23 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays (Increasing to 25 days after 3 years of service)
• Pension

Requirements

• Heating Maintenance experience
• City and Guilds Qualified in Plumbing (Level 2 or equivalent)
• Excellent communication skills
• Honest, reliable and hard working
• A positive attitude towards work and willingness to get tasks completed on time whilst managing conflicting deadlines
• Experience working in commercial properties
• Additional Heating Qualifications (Desirable)
