My client, an international SaaS company based in Central London is hiring for a Business Technology Specialist.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and streamline user authentication and access controls across various cloud-based platforms using Microsoft Entra ID
• Drive automation initiatives across business processes, including user onboarding, resource allocation, and license management
• Develop and oversee AI-driven tools to improve efficiency and productivity across teams
• Spearhead the integration of new SaaS platforms, ensuring smooth adoption and alignment with security and compliance requirements
• Collaborate with the Cybersecurity team to ensure all systems meet necessary regulatory standards and internal policies
• Ensure a balance between swift delivery of solutions and maintaining strong governance through structured change management processes

Required Experience:

• Practical experience with Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD
• Hands-on experience with automation platforms.
• Proficiency in implementing and managing AI tools or low-code/no-code applications to enhance productivity
• Strong focus on security best practices and a governance-driven approach to system management
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with stakeholders and document processes
• Comfortable navigating fast-paced environments with the ability to manage and track changes while ensuring stability
