Job Description:

• Support delivery of Access and Participation Plan and Education Action Plan, focusing on care leavers and students with care experience.
• Develop and deliver face-to-face and virtual activities for primary, secondary, and Further Education students, on and off campus.
• Identify barriers faced by care-experienced students in East Anglia and help develop strategies to improve support and share best practices sector-wide.
• Collaborate with Essex Community Foundation.
• Engage with diverse groups, including students, parents, carers, and teachers.
• Travel to schools and campuses as required, including some out-of-hours work.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Degree qualification.
• Experience working with diverse groups, including young and mature learners.
• Knowledge of higher education pathways.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate groups.

Additional Information:

• Based at Chelmsford, Cambridge, or Peterborough campus with remote work options.
• Travel required to schools and occasional campus visits.
• Out-of-hours work may be necessary.
