Our client, a specialist building envelope contractor with over 40 years of experience, is seeking a BIM Modeller to join their design team. Based in their Darlington office, this role will support the production and coordination of detailed BIM models for roofing, cladding, and façade projects across commercial and specialist construction sectors. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically capable BIM professional to contribute to industry-leading projects and develop within an established, award-winning business.

Role Overview

  • Create and manage detailed BIM models for roofing, cladding, and façade systems using Revit and Navisworks
  • Assist in the coordination and integration of architectural, structural, and MEP models

  • Collaborate closely with the BIM Lead and design teams across both offices
  • Participate in design and coordination meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders
