Your Role
Our Senior Principal Product Manager will report directly to our Chief Product Engineering Officer and will be a key member of Oxa’s product engineering leadership team. You will provide leadership guidance and direction from a product management perspective to product managers and teams across our Engineering function. You will shape the product vision across Oxa’s portfolio, ensure strong product management is embedded in every product engineering team, and use customer-centric approaches, market awareness, and customer engagement to develop robust product roadmaps. You will guide product management teams to deliver products that meet market demands and align with strategic goals. This is a hands-on role. You will connect with customers and partners, build market data, and prepare product visions, specifications, and roadmaps personally.

- Track record of creating successful B2B products in a nascent industry.
- Experience leading product management across a large-scale, complex domain.
- Experience applying a customer-centric approach organization-wide.
- Ability to build market data and lead teams to make data-driven decisions.
- Experience instilling strong product discipline and helping teams develop customer-centric roadmaps.
- Experience using metrics to understand customer behavior and product performance to improve products.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
