Our graduate scheme supports the expansion of our Project Management team. You will be involved in supporting and executing projects globally, gaining experience in one of the most complex and innovative industries. Upon successful completion, you will be prepared for your first role within a project team at one of our many global locations, providing a platform to develop your career.

Based in Leeds, you will work with experienced professionals and undertake a 6-month overseas rotation in one of our manufacturing plants.

Your Entry Requirements

We seek candidates with integrity, resilience, energy, and a results-oriented mindset. You will also need:

• A minimum 2:2 Degree, ideally in Business, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• Global mobility, with the first two roles post-training outside Leeds (relocation assistance provided).
• The right to work in the UK.
