We are seeking an experienced and commercially savvy E-Commerce Manager to take ownership of the brand’s global online business. About the Role
Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a pivotal role with full responsibility for e-commerce performance, platform optimisation, CRM, and digital trading. You’ll be empowered to shape the brand’s digital presence across international markets and lead initiatives to elevate performance and customer retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the global e-commerce strategy across all owned platforms.
- Own day-to-day site management and ensure the brand’s luxury positioning is reflected in every digital touchpoint.
- Manage trading calendars, campaign execution, and digital merchandising.
- Partner with tech, creative, and marketing teams to deliver an exceptional online experience.
