New Homes Customer Relations Coordinator
Days + hours: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm.
Location: West London, Notting Hill
When not based in the marketing suite in West London, as a New Homes Customer Relations Coordinator you will:
- Liaise with contractors to ensure defects and/or snagging are being seen to, within the time frame.
- Give guided tours to new home owners of their residence and facilities.
- Answer inbound calls and queries from residents in new build homes.
- Contribute to the smooth running of the office by undertaking other general duties such as answering phones, filing, and other tasks as needed.
- Fulfil multiple duties where needed, with no two days the same!
