The Job
- You’ll work closely with internal teams to drive improvements, support new product development and sales on quality and safety matters, and ensure product and supplier specifications meet their high standards.
- Your role will involve developing and implementing policies and procedures that exceed business objectives and participating in HACCP and Food Safety Management.
- In compliance, you’ll lead investigations to identify root causes, conduct training on policies and standards operating procedures, and work to prevent non-conformances.
The Candidate
- 2-3 years in a quality role within the food industry.
- Knowledge of the meat industry and microbiology is advantageous.
- Auditing experience.
- A confident, professional, and positive attitude.

The Package
- Salary €55,000 - €60,000.
