Quality Assurance Administrator
JJ Foodservice is looking for a passionate and friendly QHSE Administrator to be a part of our fast paced QHSE Team by taking proactive approach.
The perfect candidate will ensure the compliance with the companies Health & Safety, Quality, Food Safety and Environmental policies while have ability to deal with multiple projects in fast paced environment.
We offer a salary of £27, per annum.

We are looking for applicants who have:
An honours degree in Food Science, Life Science, Health & Safety, or a closely related field, and/or a minimum of 2+ years of experience in a comparable role.
A people-focused attitude with a passion for safety culture and behaviours.
Ability to query and analyze data.
Thoroughness and accuracy in all duties.
Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
Proactive problem-solving capability, acting decisively.
Effective management of multiple projects simultaneously.
Authoritative decision-making after appropriate consideration.
Effective prioritisation and resource allocation.
Clear and impactful communication skills, both verbal and written.
Responsibilities of the role:
Promoting and supporting a continuous improvement based on Food Safety and Quality culture across all our sites.
Conduct site inspections/audits, generating detailed reports for management review, and ensure compliance with company, HSE, and Quality standards.
Manage administrative duties related to customer complaints, accident reports, Halal certification, training needs/records, investigation minutes, and supplier information, ensuring records are accurate and updated.
Evaluate and inspect new products to ensure adherence to customer specifications and regulatory standards.
Analyze product and process non-conformances, providing recommendations for corrective actions, including necessary modifications.
