Main Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Production Manager.
- Responsible for Cost, Quality and Delivery KPI's for the Wiring Cell Team.
- Ensure achievement of product wiring hours targets, review/reduction of Wiring Test & Inspection remedials and on time product delivery.
- Work allocation to support manufacturing programme.
- Ensure relevant HSE requirements are in place.
- Ensure Cell Continuous Improvement/Lean Manufacturing requirements are in place.
- Liase with Production Cell Team, Production Manager & Engineering Team as required to support KPI's.
- Undertake Assembly & Wiring activities alongside Wiring Cell Team.
Experience & Qualifications
- Time served Electrical apprenticeship.
- Assembly and Wiring experience of Control panels and equipment.
- Experience of being a working Manufacturing Team Leader.
- Experience of Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement.
- Experience of interfacing between Production & Engineering.
