Our client, a planning consultancy, based in Reading, is currently hiring for a Business Support Executive to support the wider fee-earning team across the South of England and work closely alongside the Business Support Partner.
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day running of the Reading office, including liaising with Building Management and other 3rd party suppliers, ensuring Company Policies are adhered to, such as Sustainability and Net Zero initiatives.
- Implementing and maintaining processes that include financial processes, IT systems training, management systems and health and safety.
- Document preparation and production.
- Event organisation and diary management, including travel, accommodation, and meeting arrangements.
Requirements
- Ideally, a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Great organisational skills.
- Good finance skills.
- Consultancy, Construction, or Professional Services experience is an advantage.
This is a full-time, permanent position working Monday through Friday. It is a hybrid role working 3 days from the Reading offices and 2/3 times a month from their Southampton office. Initially, this role will be in the Reading office 5 days a week while training.
