The role
As a Regional Sr Medical Affairs Manager you will work with the Medical Org functions, Marketing and the local Account Managers, as well as Customer Support and Strategic Growth teams in region Europe, driving clinical evidence generation, healthcare education and scientific communication for the Genetic Disease Testing (GDT) and Reproductive Health (RH) market segments, with the objective of increasing clinical NGS adoption, implementation in patient care, and improving patient outcomes when applicable.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate across departments and with external stakeholders to identify and execute clinical evidence generation and educational programs.
- Partner with local teams to qualify evidence generation opportunities aligned with global and regional priorities.
- Lead cross-functional teams for successful implementation of clinical studies and educational programs.
- Define and communicate Medical Affairs priorities and key deliverables in individual studies.
- Collaborate with Marketing and others to co-develop scientific and clinical communication packages.
- Partner with various functions to ensure robust plans for market access and regulatory submissions.
- Guide regional partners on compliant execution of clinical projects and ensure regional compliance with regulations.
Preferred background, skills, and experience
- Ability to operate with a strong business mindset and make effective decisions, or decision recommendations to local teams.

- Manage scientific and clinical projects with proven expertise.

- Proven project management experience in scientific and clinical fields.
- Proactive problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Fluent English (written & oral), with French/German a plus.
