What You Will Do

  • Lead the delivery of the Design Vision from concept to production, ensuring efficiency and clarity.
  • Coordinate all Vehicle Design activities in line with the company's creative and business priorities.
  • Implement Agile Ways of Working to constantly improve team performance.
  • Manage project timings, risk and issue resolution, cost, and resource systems.
  • Communicate effectively with individuals at all levels and expertise across various departments.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives within the Vehicle Design Programme Management team.

What You Will Bring

  • Proven experience in a Design Studio environment, supporting the creative development process through to delivery.
  • Strong project management skills, with a track record of planning, monitoring, and delivering projects.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence others at all levels.
  • Knowledge of budgeting, resource allocation, and change management.
  • Experience with Agile ways of working and JIRA experience is preferred.
