We are currently working with a NI based digital agency who are looking for two digital performance specialists to join their team. You will take ownership of performance-driven digital campaigns, with a strong focus on PPC, analytics, and search engine marketing. You will work directly with the marketing and design team to help make smarter, faster decisions. This is a hybrid working role and requires being in the office 2-3 times per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development, execution, and optimisation of PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta advertising, and paid social channels.
- Track and report on key campaign metrics using platforms like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and data visualisation tools.
- Drive strategies for search engine monetisation and collaborate with content and SEO teams to enhance revenue generation.
- Conduct ongoing A/B and multivariate testing to improve campaign outcomes and landing page performance.
- Use performance data to make actionable recommendations and inform broader marketing strategies.
- Keep up-to-date with digital marketing trends, tools, and industry best practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 yearsβ experience in a digital marketing or performance marketing role, with strong PPC and analytics experience.
- Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and search engine marketing strategies.
- Comfortable using bid management and automation tools to optimise campaign delivery.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects independently or within a team.
- Google Ads and/or Google Analytics certification.
- Experience with marketing tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or equivalent.
- Background in performance marketing for eCommerce or B2B sectors.
