We’re partnering with a well-established leader in the fit-out and refurbishment sector to recruit their next Health & Safety Manager. The company has experienced rapid growth in recent months and has built a strong reputation for outstanding health and safety performance. This role is essential in maintaining those high standards while driving continuous improvement and development across the business.
Responsibilities
- Providing guidance, coaching, and support to contractors, ensuring the successful implementation of the health and safety strategy.
- Investigating incidents to determine root causes and recommending measures to prevent recurrence.
- Conducting audits and producing reports on health and safety performance.
- Identifying opportunities for improvement and promoting best practices throughout the organisation.
Minimum Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role within construction, civil engineering, or a related industry.
