Responsibilities

  • Providing guidance, coaching, and support to contractors, ensuring the successful implementation of the health and safety strategy.
  • Investigating incidents to determine root causes and recommending measures to prevent recurrence.
  • Conducting audits and producing reports on health and safety performance.
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement and promoting best practices throughout the organisation.

Minimum Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role within construction, civil engineering, or a related industry.
  • Strong ability to engage and influence stakeholders on-site.
  • NEBOSH General or equivalent.
