Head of Property & Compliance

Lincoln Cornhill is currently working with a Housing Association based in Bristol, who are recruiting for a Head of Property & Compliance on an interim six-month contract.The position is due to start immediately, however the client is open to hearing from candidates with a longer notice period. The working hours for the role are Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours.The range of duties which are covered include:Leading the Repairs, Planned and Compliance functions for a leading Housing AssociationProviding support to the incumbent Compliance Manager, in particular with M+E policiesPlaying an active role in the overall improvement of the property services functionAttending contractor meetings and ensuring excellent value for moneyAdopting a profit/loss approach, understanding how to streamline services while maintaining an excellent standardExperience and skills required:The ideal candidate will have experience developing and implementing policies/procedures around M&E.
