We’re looking for a Stockroom Assistant to join our new retail team. Reporting to the Stockroom Leader you’ll play an integral role in supporting the efficient and effective performance of the back of house operation. We are looking for a highly organised, driven, and professional individual who’s passionate about operations, logistics and quality whilst providing customers with an exceptional experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Managing and handling general stock movement, keeping accuracy of products received and despatched to a high level.
- Keeping the back of house operation tidy and compliant with standards set by the Head of Retail, whilst adhering to all health and safety protocols.
- Minimise stock loss and maximise speed of stock movement.
- Supporting the front of house style advisors with general client needs.
- Ensuring quality control is monitored on all products, reporting any issues to all relative teams.
- Completing ad-hoc requests to support with events, visual merchandising, stock taking and other such duties.
- Support with quarterly inventory audits in accordance with guidelines set by finance.
- Builds a strong working relationship with all key stakeholders in both the warehouse and head office and couriers.
- 1 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and in writing (Fluent English).
- Proven ability to drive and maintain exceptional operational standards.
- Able to be flexible and adapt to change.
- Experience with Microsoft office.
