The predicted salary is between 32000 - 40000 £ per year.

Basic Salary: £32,000 - £40,000

OTE: £60,000

Time Save Bonus Calculated Weekly

A Dealership £2,500 welcome bonus. This bonus will be split into three payments:

  • 1st payment - £1,000 after 30 days in post
  • 2nd payment - £500 after 90 days in post
  • 3rd payment - £1,000 after 6 months in post

About the Role

Our client, a busy Franchised Car Dealership in Chelmsford, has the requirement for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their established workshop team.

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out Servicing & Repairs to Manufacturer Standards
  • Carry out MOT Tests to DVSA standards (if qualified)
  • Cam belt, Clutch, Gearbox & Engine Repairs/Replacements
  • Electrical & Mechanical Diagnostics
  • Carry out New Car PDI’s & Used Car MPC’s
  • Warranty Repairs

Experience, Skills & Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

  • Level 3 NVQ or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance
  • Full UK Driving Licence

Desirable Requirements:

  • Active MOT Tester Licence (Class 4 & 7)
  • Hybrid/EV Qualifications
  • Manufacturer Accreditations

Remuneration & Benefits:

  • Basic Salary of £32,000 to £40,000 DOE
  • Opportunity to earn £60,000+

Working Hours:

  • Monday - Friday: 8am - 5pm
  • Saturdays 1 in 4: 8am - 2pm
