Role Overview and Features:
- The eCommerce Optimisation Manager will find growth opportunities, optimise the website's customer journey, and increase revenue by following CRO and UX best practices.
- You'll handle day-to-day website operations, ensure effective product merchandising, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to make data-driven decisions for ongoing improvements.
- Monitor and analyse user behaviour using GA4, heatmaps, and session recordings to identify conversion bottlenecks.
