Role Purpose:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead and support a critical systems transformation project. This role will play a key part in shaping business processes, overseeing data migration efforts, and supporting complex systems integrations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in process mapping, stakeholder engagement , and agile delivery across large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Process Mapping & Business Analysis:
- Lead end-to-end analysis of current and future state business processes across multiple functions.
- Facilitate workshops and engage stakeholders to define, document, and optimize core business processes.
- Develop high-quality process maps, user stories, and functional specifications aligned with business needs.
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process automation or improvement.
Data Migration & Governance:
- Define and manage the data migration strategy, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Support data profiling, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation activities.
- Collaborate with data owners to establish data governance practices and ensure data integrity.
Systems Integration & Requirements Gathering:
- Work with technical teams to design and support system integrations between business applications.
- Translate business needs into clear and actionable technical requirements.
- Evaluate and recommend integration tools or technologies, ensuring scalability and compliance.
Agile Delivery & Project Support:
- Participate in agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) and contribute to backlog refinement.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Project Managers to ensure clear scope and timely delivery.
- Manage risks and dependencies related to processes, data, or integrations.
Stakeholder Management & Communication:
- Build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communicate clearly and effectively across business and technical teams.
- Ensure alignment between business goals, project deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.
- 8+ years of Business Analysis experience in complex transformation or systems implementation projects.
- Proven expertise in business process mapping , functional analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience leading data migration and system integration efforts (e.g., CRM, ERP, or custom platforms).
- Solid understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like JIRA, Confluence, etc.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and documentation skills.
- Comfortable working across both business and technical teams.
