We are working with a well-established and forward-thinking engineering firm that is known for its high standards, supportive culture, and strong client relationships. Due to continued growth, they are now looking for an experienced Senior Service Engineer to join their team, someone who can play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations across complex refrigeration systems.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing proactive support through routine site visits and remote troubleshooting
- Maintaining high service delivery standards across commercial and industrial sites
- Working closely with the Head of Service and Engineering Supervisor to train and develop junior engineers
- Acting as a key contact for clients, resolving issues and maintaining strong relationships
- Upholding the highest levels of health and safety compliance at all times
What You’ll Need to Bring:
- Solid background in large commercial or industrial refrigeration (CO2 and Freon essential; Ammonia experience desirable)
- Proven experience in a senior or lead engineering position
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- A hands-on mindset with a problem-solving attitude
- Full UK driving licence
