We are seeking a Trainee Property Manager to join our team in South Woodford. With a strong focus on delivering exceptional service to both clients and tenants, this role offers the chance to take on a diverse range of responsibilities within the largest independent property services group in the United Kingdom. Our training is second to none, and this will be a brilliant career move for you.

What You Will Receive

  • £29,000 OTE per year
  • Uncapped commission
  • Company Car (Full UK Driving Licence required)
  • Full-time hours: 8:30am to 6pm weekdays, and 9am to 5pm one-in-four Saturdays

Training Journey

  • Booking and conducting property inspections
  • Negotiating tenancy extensions and renewals
  • Managing maintenance and repairs with contractors
  • Handling deposit returns
  • Resolving rental arrears
  • Processing eviction requests
  • Ensuring properties meet health and safety standards
  • Building relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Managing complaints
  • Completing check-in and check-out procedures, including inventories
