Work independently or as part of a team to create engineering drawings in a multitude of disciplines such as bending, forming, and fabrication of sheet and structural steel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Basic fabricating and welding.
- Use of guillotine.
- Use of brake press.
- Use of plasma cutter / oxy acetylene torch / cutting.
- Use of pillar drill / mag drill.
- Manufacture of bespoke framework.
Time served Fabricator / Welder preferred. Ability to manufacture from engineering drawings. Ability to read drawings. Sheet metal work. Experience with fitting and assembly of complete machines. Work well as part of a team. Good timekeeping. Proven attendance record. Own transport preferred.
