We’re looking for a culturally curious and commercially sharp Cultural Strategist to join a market leading consultancy working on brand strategy, innovation & semiotics. You'll work on cultural insight and semiotics projects, joining a fast-paced, award-winning team that partners with global brands to decode culture and deliver actionable insight. These can be across tech, media, finance, FMCG & third sector.

International experience is incredibly useful as you’re constantly looking to understand different cultures. A key part will be to analyse the cultural context of different brand and packaging concepts and advise on opportunity spaces as well as evaluate their current offerings in different international markets. They also incorporate foresight and social insights to future-proof recommendations.

This role is perfect for you if:

  • You have around 1-3 years' experience in cultural insight, semiotics, brand strategy, or a related field (e.g. creative strategy, qualitative research, social media analysis, etc.)
  • A real, genuine interest in different cultures and behaviours
  • An interest in how brands interact with those cultures
  • Are keen to learn and grow as a semiotician & cultural insight expert – you don’t need to be an expert yet!
  • Have lived or worked abroad.
  • Speak additional languages (a big plus!)
