Help lead a small team in delivering high-quality, child-focused care in a new 3-bed EBD home. As a Team Leader, you will support the Deputy and Registered Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations and mentoring support workers.

What we\’re looking for:

• Experience working with children in a residential care setting
• Supervisory experience or ambition to step into a leadership role
• Relevant training and qualifications
• An understanding of Ofsted and children\’s safeguarding
• Must have right to work in the UK
• Enhanced DBS required
