Job Description:

As Senior Surveyor, you will have the opportunity to be the client lead on some of the best assets in the city. Your portfolio will consist of offices with some ground floor retail, with assets ranging up to ,sqft, and service charge budgets up to £1.5m.

Your portfolio will be limited to a maximum of 5 assets, providing a platform to focus on enhancing asset values through involvement in ESG, Proptech, Building Strategy, etc.

My client has a reputation for offering a market-leading remuneration package. For this role, they are looking to pay up to £60,000, inclusive of car allowance.

They have an ethos of growing their own, with over 90% of the Partners starting as Graduate Surveyors. You will report to a Senior Associate who also joined as a Graduate.

Over recent years, there has been significant investment into people and the software used to support employees\’ daily work. You will be based in their City office, with the opportunity to work from home twice a week.

The ideal candidate will need a minimum of 1 year PQE or 3 years non-chartered commercial property management experience.
