Associate/ Senior Associate Solicitor
A top international practice are looking for an experience Property Litigation solicitor to join their established 2 Partner team in Bristol, collaborating with the wider team of 50+ fee earners across the US and UK.
As this team is so busy, they are looking for an experience lawyer, with 5 + PQE within property disputes, with a focus on commercial matters.
The team advise a wide spectrum of clients, including Landlords and Tenants on a range of disputes including:
- dilapidations;
- contractual and development disputes;
- restrictive covenants and easements;
- telecoms code disputes;
- possession claims;
- insolvency disputes
The teams client base ranges from public sector companies to national retailers and developers.
