£60,000 – £65,000 + bonus + benefits
Well-established Investment firm based in the West End with a truly collaborative culture, is now looking to recruit an EA to support MDs and small Investment team within a fast-paced division.
A fantastic firm who prides itself on its low turnover and core values, now looking for your expertise, collaborative approach and ability to add value from day 1!
Responsibilities:
- Extensive calendar management, managing diaries across a variety of time zones
- Organising multi-party meetings and conference calls globally, handling schedule conflicts
- Preparing agendas and materials for meetings
- Building and maintaining relationships with senior internal/external stakeholders
- Extensive global travel arrangements
- Preparing detailed itineraries
- Processing expenses
Requirements:
- Previous extensive PA/EA experience gained within an Asset or Fund Management firm is preferred but will also consider candidates from Private Equity and Investment Banking
- Effective time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Organised and proactive with a ‘can do’ attitude
- Flexible and adaptable – able to use initiative
