Based in the Thames Water region, you will report directly to the Regional Discipline Lead (Civil). Our programme of work, across a variety of water and wastewater schemes, is expected to be in the region of £400M. Key responsibilities include: Produce cost-effective design layouts that meet specifications and are feasible to construct and commission, considering all associated costs including design, materials, erection, and impacts on other disciplines. Utilize standard practices wherever possible. Provide estimates and feedback to the Proposals department. Follow procedures and processes to support departmental development. Assist in developing, monitoring, and updating procedures and processes. Coordinate designs with all disciplines to ensure integrated and efficient project execution. Maintain comprehensive files and records throughout contracts. Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering quality work and meeting client needs. Supervise and develop staff, fostering a safe and productive work environment. Minimize waste and ensure environmental considerations are integrated into designs.
