Position: CAA B1 Licensed Engineer
Aircraft Types: B747-400 (CF6 and/or PW4000) and/or B777 (GE90)
Contract Type: Long-term, ongoing
Shift Pattern: Flexible
Start Date: ASAP, with rolling starts throughout the year
Pay Rates: Updated and market-competitive
Line maintenance and flying spanner duties available
Requirements:
- Valid UK CAA Part 66 B1 License
- Recent certifying experience on B747-400 (CF6 and/or PW4000) and/or B777 (GE90) or similar wide-body aircraft
- Type rating on B747-400 (CF6 and/or PW4000) and/or B777 (GE90)
- Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
- Valid certificates: Safety Training + HF, EWIS (1 & 2), and FTS Level 2
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing aircraft systems and components
- Performing required repairs and component replacements
- Conducting inspections and functional testing
- Certifying aircraft serviceability in line with CAA regulations
- Adhering to safety standards and regulatory compliance
