They identify and implement optimizations, contribute to client presentations, and support campaign management efforts.The ideal candidate has some online trafficking experience and familiarity with Doubleclick DART or similar systems. Experience with bid management platforms and campaign optimization is a plus.Most importantly, the Programmatic Analyst should be driven to innovate in digital media, enjoy collaborating with industry experts, and contribute to impactful work within Publicisβ network.ResponsibilitiesManage and optimize online media campaigns, including performance media and remarketing, independently or with Campaign ManagersMaintain attention to detail and adhere to best practices throughout campaign cyclesOrganize campaign materials and handle daily campaign maintenanceAssist in developing client-facing performance reportsAssess inventory and develop proposals for new opportunitiesManage creative assets, insertion orders, and campaign documentationTraffic campaign tags into ad exchangesConduct QA to ensure accurate campaign execution and performanceProvide auditing reports and manage billing systems as neededParticipate in knowledge sharing to improve strategiesQualificationsEntry-level role; 1+ years in bid management, campaign management, or digital media preferred but not requiredRelevant experience or internships in digital operationsUnderstanding of media planning elementsProficiency in Microsoft OfficeStrong analytical and mathematical skillsExcellent communication and writing skillsOrganizational skills for managing campaign detailsAdditional InformationWe celebrate diversity and foster an inclusive environment, supporting all identities and intersectionalities.
