Responsibilities

Immediately after acquiring a new investment through AURELIUS, you will take full responsibility for transforming the company. Your main task is to collaborate with established management to develop and implement the strategy, the equity story, and a comprehensive value-added concept. You will support the value creation plan from analysis to implementation, driving change and increasing the company\’s competitiveness, profitability, and sustainable value. You will have the support of AURELIUS’s task force and extensive tools of their operating model.

Qualifications required

• Experienced and pragmatic manager with at least five years of leadership in a medium-sized or private equity-backed company.
• Consultancy background with strong understanding of commercial, sales, and technical topics.
• Proven experience in change processes and transformation across operational, strategic, structural, and cultural aspects.
• Self-confident, decisive, pragmatic, result-oriented, with a strategic outlook.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, confident and entrepreneurial personality.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking, responsible, and a good team player.
• Cost-conscious with business insight and implementation skills.
• Experience in building and leading management teams through critical transformations with sensitivity and agility.
• Willingness to travel extensively and be present on-site.
• Fluent in English; additional languages like German are a plus.
