We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Clinical Operational Lead to join our team on a part-time basis. This role will be held by a senior healthcare professional who will play a pivotal role in delivering clinical services across our 21-member practices. The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of SPCNs Directors’ and PCN Boards’ strategic plans, as well as aspects of the Network Directed Enhanced Services (DES), related to central SPCN services.
The Clinical Operational Lead will work as a member of the Operational Team for SPCNS reporting to the Medical Director/s and Clinical Quality and Governance Committee.
The postholder will support SPCNs in their delivery of improved patient access and reduction in healthcare inequalities.
The postholder will work closely with Clinical Educational Lead and the Head of Patient Services to ensure that clinical staff working in SPCN services are provided with adequate clinical supervision and mentoring, * Strategic plan delivery and audit
