We\’re on the hunt for a commercially-minded Client Manager to join a high-growth, advisory-led finance team. This isn’t your standard accountancy role—you’ll act as a strategic finance lead across a small portfolio of ambitious SMEs, guiding founders and exec teams with insight that actually drives decisions.

The Role:

As a trusted Consultant FD, you’ll manage 3–4 larger engagements and a few rising stars; overseeing operations, reporting, forecasting, and system improvements. You’ll lead conversations that matter, supported by a top-notch team of UK and offshore experts.

What You\’ll Do:

• Own client relationships and act as a senior finance partner
• Deliver high-impact insights, board packs, and reporting
• Improve systems, processes, and workflows
• Work across disciplines—corporate finance, tax, strategic advisory
• Support and develop junior team members
• Spot growth opportunities and contribute to firm expansion

What You Bring:

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CFA (or equivalent) + 2–5 years PQE
• Solid grounding in month-end, budgeting & forecasting
• Commercial acumen and excellent communication
• Pro with Xero, Excel, and cloud finance tools
• Curiosity, confidence, and a client-first mindset
