THE ROLE
Weβre looking for a Lettings Co-ordinator to assist tenants in vacating their homes and support internal transfers within social housing.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing housing options in line with policies, procedures, and nomination agreements
- Managing all admin duties related to the relet process
- Keeping accurate records throughout the void process
- Building strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Supporting colleagues by covering other patches when needed
- Responding to customer queries quickly and effectively
- Liaising with Local Authorities, contractors, and residents
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a lettings, housing, or allocations-based role and be confident in delivering excellent customer service.
Key requirements include:
- Previous experience in a customer-focused housing role
- Understanding of Choice Based Lettings and the social housing sector
- Knowledge of Government legislation on homelessness and lettings
